Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited content

You may not upload, generate, or distribute content that:

• Sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way (zero tolerance — we report as required by law).
• Is non-consensual sexual or intimate content, or sexual content involving real, identifiable people without consent.
• Depicts a real, identifiable person ("deepfakes") without their consent, especially to deceive, defame, harass, or impersonate.
• Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or incites or threatens violence against people or groups.
• Harasses, bullies, defames, or doxes individuals.
• Promotes hatred or discrimination based on protected characteristics.
• Is deceptive in a harmful way — fraud, scams, election or public-health disinformation, or impersonation of real people or organizations.
• Presents AI-generated people as real customers, such as fake reviews or testimonials.
• Infringes others' intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Facilitates illegal activity, including the sale of illegal goods or services.

2. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Upload content you do not have the rights to use.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, credit accounting, payment, or security controls.
• Probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, resell, or sublicense the Service without permission.
• Use automated means to create accounts or abuse free functionality.

3. Rights in what you upload

You are responsible for everything you upload and generate. You confirm you have the rights and any necessary consents — including from people who appear in your reference images — for your intended use. Where the law or the platform you post on requires AI-generated content to be labelled, labelling it is your responsibility.

Before your first upload we ask you to confirm this: that you own what you upload or have permission to use it, and that everyone who can be recognised in it, by their face or their voice, has agreed. We keep a record of when you confirmed it.

4. AI labels

Every video and picture Dreamrift makes carries a label inside the file saying it was made with AI. Do not remove or change that label, and do not present what you make as real footage, or as made without AI, where that could mislead anyone.

5. Reporting content, and how fast we act

Anyone can report content made or held on Dreamrift, with or without an account: use Report content, or email [email protected] with where the content is, what is wrong with it, your name and how to reach you.

We act on a complete report within 48 hours: we review it, and remove content that breaks this policy. That includes an intimate image of a real person made or shared without their consent, AI-made or not: on a valid request from that person, or someone acting for them, we remove it, and any copies of it we hold, within 48 hours. This is what the US TAKE IT DOWN Act requires.

6. Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, and we cooperate with law enforcement where legally required. We may also rely on our AI providers' own safety filters, which can independently reject certain requests.
